Ok, I have not been using Actionscript that long. I just tried your typewriter script and although it works, I cannot get past the first frame! When I try to add another layer and then add some frames to it, it keeps giving me this error when testing the movie...

TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
at cotc_cube_fla::MainTimeline/gotime()
at flash.utils::Timer/_timerDispatch()

Do you know if there it's possible to have the lettering fade in as they appear? It would make it look a little smoother, but I imagine it would require much more complex coding.
